- Building standard construction or improvement projects should be in accordance with requirements of the hotel management of Comree.
Join Ways
Hotels can join Comree Hotel Management by three ways: Discretionary management, assistant management, franchising operating.
- Discretionary management
Comree Hotel Management limited and the member hotels sign the contract of Discretionary management. Comree appoints the work team headed by general manager, who are behalf of the company to operate the hotel completely. We will give the member hotel international and specialized management according to “Comree Hotel Management Operations Manual”, making them have a standard operation and receive good economic and social benefits.
- Assistant management
Comree Hotel Management limited and the member hotels sign the contract of assistant management. Comree appoints the work team headed by general manager or other principles, who assist the general manage of member hotel implement “Comree Hotel Management Operations Manual”, making them have a standard operation and receive good economic and social benefits.
- Franchising operating
Comree Hotel Management limited chooses the hotel that reaches the requirement of Comree Hotel Management Limited in place, size, constructure and so on. Then cultivate it according to “Comree Hotel Management Operations Manual”. When it reaches the standard of “Comree Hotel Brand Confirmation and Implement Standards”, Comree will authorize a brand to this hotel and appoint one supervisor to check the member hotel’s operation regularly in order to be sure of the quality of hotel brands.

- Joiners must submit basic information to Comree Hotel Management Limited.
- Joiners must submit hotel information to Comree Hotel Management Limited.
- Joiners provide hotel construction or improvement projects to Comree Hotel Management Limited
- Comree Hotel Management Limited inspects joining projects and market situation.
- Comree Hotel Management Limited provides introduction of company to joiners.
- Comree Hotel Management Limited provides “Comree Member Hotel Information Collect” and “Comree Member Hotel Facilitates and Equipment Survey” to collect hotel information.
- Comree Hotel Management Limited negotiate contract clause with joiners who concide the requirments.
