Return/Exchange Policy

At COMREE LLC, we are committed to ensuring that you love your purchase. If, for any reason, the product doesn't meet your expectations, please read our policy for returns and exchanges:

  1. Eligibility Window: You have 15 days from the date you received your items to make a return or exchange.

  2. Condition: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition in the original packaging. Any items that appear worn, used, or damaged will not be eligible for return or exchange.

  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.

  4. Refunds: Once we receive your item, it will be inspected. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days.

  5. Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item using the method outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

  6. Shipping: Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged, incorrect, or faulty.

  7. Exceptions: Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
